(Junior) Consultant (M/V)

Function :

• You participate actively in our business development through active prospection and networking
• You strengthen existing and develop long term and trusted professional relationships with clients through direct contact with their senior management and an in-depth knowledge of the organisation
• You identify, screen, evaluate and follow up middle and higher management profiles in their career evolution
• You offer project opportunities to our project managers
• You are responsible for the selection procedure : from assignment intake, profile presentation to the closing.
• You follow up on ongoing missions by guiding and supporting both our project managers and clients
• You update and manage our database

Profile :

• University degree
• You have just graduated or have a couple of years of relevant experience
• You are an excellent communicator with a good sense of judgment in combination with strong commercial and service-oriented skills
• You are able to network and negotiate effectively at management level
