The international talent acquisition partner will streamline the smooth execution of the global talent acquisition with the goal of scaling our hiring philosophy in the entire company. This comprehends the profile definition, sourcing & selection process and onboarding. You will report to the group talent manager and be part of an international HR team of 7 professionals (4 based in Ostend).
We believe we hire for attitude, train for skill. So you will be trained in the hiring philosophy and you will learn from our best interviewers. We learn by doing, so you will receive this training by diving right in to this.
Our international environment is fast paced, that puts talent acquisition high on the agenda. Many of our hiring managers have first handedly experienced the benefits of our hiring principles. We expect you to scale this philosophy and the processes in our entire company, with every new hiring manager and interviewer.
