Business Development Manager Germany

Geodynamics is a fast growing successful company active in award winning, location-based software solutions (time registration, track and trace and register activity). The company wants to build up its international presence. Headquarter is located in Kortrijk, Belgium.

• Challenge and Strategy
  
  Geodynamics wants to speed up its presence and success in the European market. It will therefore expand its current sales structure with a BDM Germany to ensure growth and success for the future. After training in the headquarter, one will become familiar with the company’s services. You will quicky gain direct responsibility for the further commercial development of the allocated region.

• The responsibilities of this BDM are
  1. Achieve or overachieve the order intake & turnover budget as jointly agreed every year
  2. Engage with both new prospects as well as existing customers
  3. Grow the customer base and pipeline with new customers and opportunities
  4. Expand the Geodynamics reach and footprint in the territory
  5. Take up the responsibility for managing the complete sales cycle
  6. Provide market feedback to management.
  7. Actively maintain & develop network in the location-based software solutions business
  8. Engage & network with other key stakeholders in the market and from other industries (construction, transportation, HR,…)
  9. Negotiate with local partners to boost leads and indirect sales (payroll, HR, ERP,…)
  10. Report out on a regular base to the General Manager

• Qualifications, skills and competencies

1. 1. Proven sales track record in solution selling. Experience in SaaS selling is an asset
   2. Higher education or equivalent by experience which enables you to quickly and analytically look sharply at market opportunities.
   3. Hunter mentality, result driven approach an able to work in an independent way
   4. Excellent communication and organizational skills
   5. Fluently in English
