Junior Sales Manager Europe

Our client, a Belgian company specialized in the production of fiber reinforced plastic  products, is looking for a motivated Junior Sales Manager Europe.

GRP (Glass-fiber Reinforced Plastic) is far stronger and durable than other plastics. This means that it’s better for the environment. At the end of its lifecycle, the material can be reused in cements plants. The freedom to create shapes with this material is unrivalled.

Because of the endless possibilities and our expertise, we have many different projects. This creates plenty of variety and great job satisfaction. We are working there with approximately 120 employees.

Jobdescription

• Increasing the current client portfolio
• Market analysis of the current sectors and potential ones
• Attending fairs in Europe
• Proposal/optimization of the marketing strategies for increasing sales
• Weekly reporting to the General Manager

Profile

• This role requires good knowledge in written and spoken Dutch and English
• Readiness to spend 20% of your time traveling in Europe
• Confidence, strong personality and motivation
• Capability of making market analysis
• Able to work independently and not  afraid of challenges
• Optional: Technical background (reading 2D/3D drawings)
