To start : assisting R&D director in the execution of R&D projects which enables you getting to know the procedures & the products of our company to evolve to responsible quality engineer.
Monitoring all operations that effect quality.
Report all malfunctions as a non-conformity registration & communicate to production executives to ensure immediate action.
Assure the reliability and consistency of production by checking processes and final output.
Facilitate proactive solutions by collecting and analysing quality data.
Validate quality analysis of incoming raw materials.
Specify quality requirements of raw materials with suppliers R&D.
Design, implement, improve quality standards & procedures according to ISO 9001 standard Q&A.
Conducting internal + external quality audits.
Continues improvement of testing procedures according to international standards.
Assure quality of outgoing products for customers according to internal and external standards.
Keep records of quality reports, and relevant documentation.
Quality control of new development products in accordance with R&D director.
Reporting to QA – R&D director on regular basis.
Required skills:
Extensive attention to detail and a results driven autonomous approach.
Structured approach of solving problems.
Thorough knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards.
Honest and trustworthy.
Excellent knowledge of MS-office (Excel).
Outstanding communication skills.
Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
Languages: Dutch (prior language), French, English (German = +).
Education : Master of science degree in chemical engineering.
